Mountain Edition
Residence 38 Mountain. The Warmth Sanctuary. €71,500 + VAT, fully furnished.
Command the elements. Built for the altitude and engineered for the frost. The Mountain edition is a refined, all-weather refuge designed to envelop you in profound warmth when the world outside turns cold. It transforms the rugged, unforgiving alpine landscape into an intimate, premium retreat.
Invisible,
enveloping warmth
The defining feature of the Mountain edition is what you feel, rather than what you see. Stepping in from the snow, you are immediately greeted by cutting-edge, graphene-based electric floor heating.
Paired with 150 mm of high-density polyurethane foam insulation and insulated water pipes, this unit delivers vital, deeply satisfying thermal comfort in the coldest of zones.
Mountain escape aesthetic
To match the warmth of the engineering, we redesigned the interior palette. The lighter woods of the coast are replaced by the deep, sophisticated tones of Pacific Tobacco Walnut.
Paired with rich, warm architectural hues, the interior feels like a modern cabin — cosy, grounded, and intensely private.
Fortified
presence
The exterior anchors itself into the forest. Subtly camouflaged by its durable exterior tones and architectural accent lighting, the Mountain edition seamlessly becomes a part of the landscape.
